When construction or renovation is complete, dust can linger on surfaces and throughout the space. Our final construction clean focuses on dusting, vacuuming, and washing to help prepare the finished area for use.

A clear scope for the final clean

This service does not include construction debris removal or rooftop work. Tell Katie what work has been completed, the condition of the space, and any surfaces that need special handling. She will confirm the tasks and whether the project is a suitable fit before scheduling.

Coordinate the timing

Let us know the project location, approximate area to be cleaned, expected completion date, and desired handover date. Mention whether other trades will still be working in the space. A quote is based on the agreed scope and current availability.
