Agree on the details before moving day

Every move is different. Let Katie know whether the home will be empty, when the keys change hands, and whether you have a landlord or property-manager checklist. Specific tasks and availability are agreed in advance; a cleaning request does not guarantee a security-deposit refund.

Plan around your handover

Tell us the approximate square footage, the rooms needing attention, and your desired completion date. If utilities or access will be limited, mention that when discussing the job. Keep private access codes out of your initial inquiry.
